  I normally don't comment on anything but I want to comment on this because this one truly deserves it 1st priority mortgage have truly made my dreams come true I've worked with Brian Joseph Haefner and Arian and they worked sufficiently and accurately they have answered all of my questions and I've gotten positive feedback from them I would truly recommend this company because they Made everything possible for me as a first time home buyer i truly appreciate the afford they have put in making my dream come true and I've closed within 40 to 45 days if I could give gazillion stars I would so I would recommend anyone and everyone to use this company I definitely will use it again so thank you Brian and arean for helping me every step of the way

  I would rate zero stars. My husband bought a house and was approved by them. Well 1.5 yrs later we come to find out they made a grave error for our taxes and escrow. Our mtg went from 680. To 1293.00 they sold our mtg to citizens. Now they are asking for over 5 grand and then the mtg will be almost 900 each month. This was reckless of them of first priority and our lawyer. I would not use first priority ever... we have called and never get an answer.

  I cannot honestly recommend this company to anyone. I am a first time home buyer and have been very clear from the start that I need everything involving the mortgage explained to me because I have never been through the home buying process before. The communication with this company is terrible. I have dealt with 2 different representatives, both of whom are nice enough people. But, when asking either of them a question about the mortgage or closing process they have answered with a simple " I don't know" or have referred me to the other representative who then gives me the same response and we continue in this loop. They have now delayed by closing date on 2 separate occasions within 2 days of my scheduled closing without any notice. Keep in mind that I have submitted all of the necessary paperwork and documents to them on the same day that they have been requested, but yet they are too backlogged to keep up their end of the commitment. Last but not least the closing costs associated with this lender are much higher than were expected to be.
