      Virtually zero stars, but I did get some useful paid-for real estate legal help after being canceled on with no notice, unreturned messages and delays when I stressed "urgent matter." For an inflated price (there are more affordable attorneys for basic contract help but my choice, my bad) I got one (days late delayed) phone call with John Ibsen that helped me understand my situation. A few days later tried to reach him for a follow up question and got hung up on repeatedly on the main number, then had him on his cell phone faking it wasn't him and rudely saying he'd take an after-hours message but I received no call the next day. Called his cell, got voicemail, left a message, and never got a response. Rude, unprofessional services was my takeaway experience. I need to retain an attorney now and they've lost this potential client.

      My experience working with Craig and Lisa was excellent. Craig quickly responded to any inquiries, whether by phone or email, showing respect both for my time and money. He demonstrated concern for protecting my child, ensuring that he could not legally be removed from the state. I appreciate Craig's direct approach to providing feedback. At no point did I feel that he was try to paint either a rosy or overly negative picture of the case as it progressed. That made it easier for me to determine how best to proceed/negotiate. I highly recommend Craig and his team.
