My husband and I purchased a cabinet dealership in 2017. From the beginning, we've banked with Fidelity and it's one of the best business decisions we've made. Early on, the Morrisville branch opened our checking and savings accounts and Skeet Woolard in Cary assisted with our loan needs. When our offices relocated to Apex, we primarily utilized the Apex branch for day-to-day transactions and they were wonderful to work with also. In the last couple of years, Amy Hoke efficiently processed two PPP loans during a time that was uncertain for us and stressful for the banking industry. We heard horror stories from other business owners about their PPP experience with "big" banks, opposite our personalized experience with Fidelity. And then today, Amy and Mary Jane swiftly prepared a same-day wire transfer that was urgently needed. It's fair to say that Fidelity can handle every customer need, making the customer feel valued.
