  I’ve been an account holder for a few years now, and have used the Credit Union for a couple of loans to date. They are a top notch group, and handle day to day business with class and ease. My interactions have always went well. Theresa is a great person to work with on loan questions/issues, both knowledgeable and friendly.. taking all the pain and headache away from the loan process. Highly recommended Cape Regional Credit Union... Don’t get trapped into the national chain bank’s higher interest rates and lack of personality!!

  Would never recommend! 2 out of 3 people in my household have had their accounts screwed up & bank refused to correct either! They started taking double payments without authorization on one account and when asked to correct it, he was told that they couldn't reverse the payments that THEY INCORRECTLY doubled up on! Second account had incorrect deposits and now they want to charge that person interest on the money that THEY PUT INTO THE WRONG ACCOUNT! Clearly someone doesn't know how to do their job!! Very disappointed & not likely to continue business with them! I wish there was a zero star option.

  The people are extremely pleasant. However, they are closed on days that are not considered federal holidays. For instance, Christmas Eve. I had to wait until the following Monday to get my direct deposit processed because every other bank in America was open and my whole company got their paychecks on Christmas Eve except for me because this credit union was not open. Also, I had some fraud charges to my account, which was not their fault by any means, however, the fraud dept canceled my debit card on New Year's Eve and the banking website says open but I have called for 2 hors straight beginning at 9:00am and no one is answering! So, the fraud charges were taken from account and not only can I not dispute them immediately with the bank but now my debit card is canceled and it takes 10-14 business days to be issued a new one! So, great customer service but horrible bank to be able to do your business with. Its aggravating and I wouldn't recommend this bank at all. If only the system they have was as good as their employees it would be great!
