Refused to certify my signature on an official government form. Making me feel like I was asking for something illegal. Notary public services are supposed to be part of customer services. After 45 minutes I was sent on my way, being told "they were not comfortable doing it". Public library accomplished the task in less than 5 minutes.

My father past away. They refused to release his funds to pay for his funeral. After that, they attempted to hold the funds even though I had power of attorney. Their policy cost me more than $400 used. I did not find them helpful or reasonable.
