      I am confused by the bad reviews. This company does not do loans, reverse mortgages, or insure homes or cars. This is a financial planning firm, not to be confused with other similarly named companies. Please do your homework and ensure you are looking at the correct company who performs the services you need.

      I had the pleasure of working an employee who helped get my finances in order and make sure I was insured for the right things. However, she left the company and my account was handed off to another employee. Never received a call from him. Then, my job was terminated. He wouldn't return my emails nor my calls. My account was handed to another employee. STILL NO EMAIL OR CALL. I'm very dissatisfied with the carelessness of my livelihood that this company has portrayed. I don't blame the employee who initially helped me for leaving the company. DON'T DRINK THE KOOL AID. It's incredibly discomforting to pay a large fraction of my paycheck to feel secure when s*** hits the fan, and when the inevitable happens, NOT A WORD. I almost lost my house and my car.

      Kyle Koller saved us a couple $1000.00 on our loan. He made promises that I first I thought were to good to believe but he came through on every last detail. He made the process smooth and very easy. We are busy people and he took care of all the fine details to ensure a positive experience. We even put him in a crunch time and he pulled it through. I would highly recommend Kyle if you need a loan in the future!!
