I can't say enough great things about this company. I was using another lender who started off great, but then would become uncommunicative. They were dragging their feet so much for 30 days(!!), that 2 weeks before closing I was in a panic and searched for other lenders. Locklear had great reviews so I called them first. I told them my issue, and that I needed to close in 2 weeks or I'd lose the house. Amanda was so incredible, she was on top of everything and made sure everything was submitted in time, answered every question I had, she was on top of getting the appraisal done quickly which isn't easy in this current market, etc. Amanda was just great every step of the way! Even the interest rate they got for me was MUCH better than the original lender! Kelly took over during the final process and she was also awesome. The loan got closed in 2 weeks! They were so helpful and sweet every step of the way. I am 100% going to refer everyone I know to use the Locklear Lending Team!!!
