      Reliant Bank was great, but ever since United bought them, it's been downhill. Everything about United is a pain so far so I will be closing all my accounts. We had a good run. Nobody calls me back to send a wire, finally get a hold of somebody, and they want me to drive to the branch to fill out some busywork form. Business owners don't have time for this nonsense. Their billpay doesn't have an option for electronic/ACH payments. The list goes on. I'm OUT.

      My Experience was with Erich Chadwick (out of the Lenox Branch Manager) Nashville office he made this process seamless, easy to communicate with since I was on a time crunch- he was very flexible with my schedule and helped me right away!
