      Bad experience. Would call and call to get an update and sometimes it would take a couple days to hear back. Consistently get told it’ll be taken care of without actual explanations. Closing costs were double what they had estimated resulting in me losing my escrow money plus more that I didn’t know about until sitting at closing. Which was 2 days late, and we barely closed before 5pm on a Friday. My realtor had to call them many times because they would not answer when I called. Only benefit was that I actually closed but I didn’t do enough research and thought they were my only option for 0 down loans, when in reality there’s many better options now a days.
