      I cannot rave enough about our experience with Mike and his team! With other mortgage companies we had issues with responsiveness where we would wait days to have our questions answered during a very time sensitive process. However we eventually found Capital Home Partners by word of mouth and are so lucky we did! Even before we signed on with them, Mike spent over an hour on the phone with us going over the process and answering all of our questions. And his mortgage planning software tools were extremely useful in helping us make the right choice on down payment, etc. Always available. Great quality service, and we’re absolutely sure we had the best interest rate with him. Highly recommend!
