      Complete lack of follow thru or taking ownership of transaction 4 visits later to close out a account of deceased parent I was misdirected 3 times givin number to call and was told this could be handled at a branch level so here I am in waiting room dealing with something that should have be taken care of on 1st visit

      a family member went to open an accout today - with a local bank check from a small local bank. The person who opened the acount said 3-5 biz days for funds to clear, then the lady at the counter said it would be 11 days. My family member asked for a manger and the lady said none were available. The family member left after spending all that time there and is bringing her business elsewhere. The lady should have gotten a manger on the phone if none were at the branch- which I found out was the case when I called. I spoke to this teller and she seemed not to care- I told her she blew a good deal by not making an effort to get a manager on the phone.
