      I rarely leave a review.. but my paycheck was deposited into someone else’s account, luckily I checked the next day or I wouldn’t have realized.. I’m overdrafted because of this error

      Well I have been a member here for 10 plus years . They have the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. The do not call members back when you send secure messages for that to be a thing. Put in a loan application forget it they don't call to te you your approval status and they don't answer their phones period . Ridiculous I sent an appointment request to talk about serious things happening with my account ...that was 2 months ago im still waiting. At this point they have proven to not be member first. I will take my business along with a bunch of others to TCT federal where they actually care for their members.
