  This place is open! You can use services both inside and outside(through a drive through). Great capital one. Has a parking lot. I waited... , but was helped right away when seen. I needed a notary & it went smoothly. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

  Horrible service If the other branch is not closed, I would never come here. There was a line for 3 people. But male teller was chatting to the customer for more than 15 minutes like no one else is waiting. All they were talking about is something personal.

  Be aware of additional fees that other banks do not charge! Consider using another bank. I recently ordered a bank check at this branch. In all my other experiences at other banks, banks usually waive the fee for bank checks or do not have a fee at all. This is a kind gesture and good customer service. I was surprised that this bank did not do so. What made matters worse? The branch teller told me to call customer service to wave the fee. When I called customer service, they said that the branch teller and manager are the only people who have the power to waive this fee. I wish they were more straightforward with me. I will be looking elsewhere to do my banking.
