      The tellers have always been very nice and professional to me. They have several ATMs, 2 for drive-through and at least one for walk-up.

      The worst customer service ever! I went there to resolve an issue, but a lady called ANA encouraged me to close my account and leave for ever because of her , she treated me as an criminal!! She put me in a room she did not introduce her self, she didn't have any badge she was wearing jeans that showing her stomach. she didn't take a seat to talk. Kept standing and asking me questions as if I was in a police station, when Iasked her who she was ? She said I am not responding until you answer me 😳🙂 so , I decided to take my business somewhere else

      Very unprofessional, especially "Anna" the manager was racist and disrespectful to us! "Internal rasiscm" at thier best...wow 2022 and still have these kind of services.
