      The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby is always very clean and there is minimal wait time.

      The customer service here is a hit or miss! I usually use the ATM, but once in a while I will go inside, and sadly, I always end up regretting it. The tellers are unwelcoming and it seems like they would rather be somewhere else. I’d rather inconvenience myself and find another location before going back to this branch for ANY services other than the ATM.

      Horrible. I waited 1 hour for them to tell me I cannot get a temporary debit card. While waiting two of their customers were arguing and they couldn’t control it or handle it. I work for Retail And Customer Experiences. By far this was one of my worst experiences ever.
