      Do not go to this branch. It is as if they want to waste your time purposely and the management is horrible. No real accountability. Besides, the ATM taking your cash without receipt or funds showing in your account, management can't see to give you a direct and honest answer as to why this happens. Horrible experience

      The ATMs at the Germantown does not work. I deposited 1400 dollars today and the ATM took it without creditng my account then shut down for a few minutes. Went into the bank to have someone hand me a slip of paper and no help. This money was to pay my son's tuition. I have had 100 unaccounted for in the ATM on the other side of the same bank. Recieved a letter basically saying oh well we didn't find it. This time I am suing them and closing my accounts. I dont need terrible customer service. This money is to pay my son's tuition. Now I don't know what I am going to do but they can't get away with this. I am not Besos I can't squat away 1400 dollars. I am a single mom. I work hard to provide for my son. I can't even think right now.
