Warning - use a different title company if you can! This has been the poorest closing I have ever experienced - I did a 'virtual closing' at the request of Clarkston Title. The attitude of the person assigned to my closing was so unprofessional & after 30 days I still have not received the completed documents from them.

Worst ever! Very unprofessional. Multiple inaccuracies in paperwork, be careful if you use them for a closing, check all amounts carefully.
