      Giving my dogs treats when ever I come thru the drive thru with my dogs, and even on occasion, because they know me well, treats passed on even without the dogs-- make visiting this bank the highlight of my dog's life, as well as mine! The people get to know me so it's like a family now. Very professional , and friendly, helpful people♡

      As a former employee of Cap Fed in the early 80's it's hard to impress me, but Elsa at the Lawrence KS, Iowa St branch blew me away! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and very patient with the account changes my 89-year old mother needed to make. Capitol Federal still rocks and thanks Elsa for all you do!❤👍
