  I have been handling the complexities of my late Mother's Trust and the world of finances is not familiar to me, an MD. Brittany Williams has been wonderfully helpful, patient and eager to do anything to make these tasks smoother and help me understand the nuances. She has truly been a godsend in so many ways. She has been a true friend.

  Tried to open a new account and wanted to deposit $150K and Mary said she didn’t understand why we didn’t open an account with the bank that wrote the check. We explained that we wanted to open an account at this branch because it is close to our home. She implied that we were trying to deposit a fraudulent check. I don’t understand why Cap Fed didn’t want our business. It feels discriminatory to me.
