  Ask for Shari Becker. I had the pleasure working with Shari as my mortgage broker. Shari was/is extremely helpful answering all my Qs. She is the SME for mortgage info. She was/is extremely patient, kind and talked me off the ledge a few times. Her calming voice and advice kept me grounded during the entire process. I am so grateful she was my broker and highly recommend Shari.

  We worked with Shari at Carolina Home Mortgage on multiple occasions in the past 2 years, between refinancing and purchasing new properties. I can't say enough praise about her and the entire CHM team. The rates were competitive, but the customer service was truly what set them apart from others. Shari was always quick to respond to emails/questions/concerns, even outside of business hours. She makes it a point to explain everything so you always know exactly what's happening, pros/cons of decisions, what's next, etc. Shari and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.
