      Giving 1 star only because zero star isn't an option. Made loan payments here, in person, for months without having to give an account number. Today the young, dark haired girl, with heavy eyeliner, who knows the account holder, refused initially to take payment. " Can't give you account info." I didn't want info, just wanted to make a payment, as I have been doing for months. She refused to take it because I wasn't account holder. What??? Got account holder, who she knew, & then she asked for his I.D.!!! No reason for her to pull this b.s. NOT a "hometown bank. She was throwing her authority around because she could. Arrogant, haughty, cold employee of 1st Citizens.
