      Carr Realty encouraged us to rent a condo near Camelback for Presidents’ Day weekend for our family vacation. Unbeknownst to us they never had the proper renting permit to list the condo in the first place and they cancelled our reservation! Not only did they cancel our reservation, they never notified us of the cancellation! We just called to confirm a check in time and they said sorry it’s cancelled! This is one week before we are due to arrive in the busiest weekend of the year for camelback resorts. After a terrible year working in the front lines of Covid19, this vacation that we desperately needed is now ruined. Their response for this major mess up was “look on Air BnB”. Of course there is nothing available one week before Presidents’ Day weekend for a party of 5 adults and 4 children. Now we have to tell our kids we can’t go skiing and try to get refunds for the lift tickets, ski lessons and snow tubing that we already purchased because we have no place to stay!! 😡😡😡
