      I was in shock at the EXCELLENT customer service my son and I received yesterday. I looked at my son when we walked out and said, "You just experienced some of the best customer service I have ever witnessed in my 47 years." We went in to open a Student Virtual account and our representative, Gina, was amazing. She was thorough and took the time to explain to my teenage son the intricacies of starting your financial report card. She was personable and professional. Everyone at this branch welcomed us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this bank.

      Was on the phone with, and dealt with Tara, had to hang up. I couldn't get through the call, she was rude and interrupted clearly trying to rush me off the phone. I'm sure you very busy Tara at the Tannersville PNC.
