      Was going to open an account there, they weren't interested in helping me. They were rude, rude, rude. Been in there 5 times in the last few months trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were nice 1 out of 5 times. Done!

      I call about being late on car payments. I was told after 90 days of not paying they repossess. Well after 48 days they're already saying they're going to repossess this week. So instead of the remaining 42 days I was told I have 3. This bank has gone down hill. Every location has suffered. Time for us all to switch banks. I just called and they laughed at me saying it's a small enough amount that I could easily do it. I'm poor I can't just whip up car payments in 3 days especially after been given wrong information.
