  AJ brought in a Bluetooth speaker. We had difficulty in getting the speaker to pair and work properly. We tried on multiple phones and our tablet unsuccessfully. Since, neither of us were able to get the speaker to work properly in the store we had to pass and not accept the speaker for either loan or purchase. We explained to him why we couldn't accept the speaker. Not sure why AJ felt that this deserved a one star review. We cannot accept a item unless we can see it work in store.

  Gone here for Years. That stopped yesterday. Brandon said “ We do not care about the community and we are not here for the community” followed by “f*** off”. I never cursed or raised my voice once. This USED to be a good place to go. Now with Brandon it’s the WORST PAWN SHOP IN MC. What happened to the respectful people that used to work here? You lost a customer of years because Brandon doesn’t know how to talk to or treat other human beings. Disgusted by the company

  As a business owner, I hate seeing a review like this especially when the review is inaccurate and its only purpose appears to be to defame Cash Indiana and one of its employees. I have reviewed the surveillance audio and video and A Jay review is NOT accurate of what happen or what was said. Brandon NEVER said anything negative about the community nor told A Jay to F*** off. Situation started when A Jay was told by the other clerk that we do not accept tools with writing or engravings on them. A Jay did not like this answer and was arguing about us accepting his items. Brandon as the assisted manager came over and simply said that we cannot take A Jay’s tools because of the markings on them in accordance to Corporate Policy. A Jay then called Brandon “little man” and made a few negative slurs regarding Brandon’s height. Brandon then told A Jay to get the f*** out. Brandon should have chosen his words better but after being verbally assaulted by A Jay he had enough. Nobody should ever talk to each other in such a manner. I hope anyone reading this review can see through the misinformation left by A Jay and know that Cash Indiana, Inc and Brandon RESPECT our community and customers and will always strive to improve and treat everyone will courtesy and respect. Also, two other reviews left by A Jay about us have been removed from Google for violating Googles terms and conditions for a review.
