      I’ve been banking with them for about 10 years, and I have never felt so belittled until when I went to deposit money and the lady working was making fun of my Chinese. She had hazelnut hair a little lighter. And was unaware that I am bilingual. She then proceeds to talk about me with her coworker, thinking I couldn't understand them. They were saying things like "I already told her what to do, it's none of my concern anymore." “I can’t do anything if she can’t understand me.” She was raising her voice at me. This is very bad customer service. As if they were refusing to help me with my deposit. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
