  Highly disappointed to say the least, this is an example of another company that has no loyalty to their good customers. About 7 or 8 years ago I took out an auto loan and I paid it on time and I paid it off early. 15 years prior this company also has a branch in Kansas City but even though their name the same thing they're saying they're not related I paid off a $15,000 loan on time with them. I admit I have some credit issues that I'm working on but my goodness we're in the middle of the pandemic and an economic decline I think I'm doing pretty darn good. I asked him if they were taking consideration my credit with them versus the amount of student loans that I owe but I'm currently making payments on and also a couple of the outstanding debts that I have that I'm trying to work on. It was just a negative phone experience and I it seemed like I was pretty discouraged from applying for a loan there. I would think they would go by my loan payment history through that bank. I regret ever having had done business with them in the past because what a good company would do is they would take in consideration that you've been a good customer that you paid off your loans with them on time versus your credit score. This is an example of no loyalty. This is also an example of why there's too many houses just sitting around and nobody can buy them and all these cars being made and no one can get a loan for them because instead of being practical and checking on okay well the person always makes the rent every month they pay the rent and they always pay their car payments they're going off of other things makes absolutely no sense.

  Probably the most disorganized, place I have ever done business with , the people were not real friendly and not interested, I hope they get it together, god bless them
