  There isn't a better bank in the WNY region that CCB. I am dealing with them on a loan and their people are second to none. If your looking for financing don't miss out on checking with this incredible group of individuals. They really care about the community and the people who live there. I went through many banks before finding CCB and I am so glad I was pushed into that direction by a friend. I never received this sort of attention from M&T bank who I have been banking with for 30 years. Do yourself a favor and check with this bank for all your lending needs.

  I found out for certain today that CCB charged my account over $14000 for legal expenses when they only really totaled $3000 at the time. I then took them to court where they racked up legal fees just trying to prove me wrong. I got the first letter from their lawyers and marched down with my ppp money and they refused payment my restaurant just reopened 3 days prior. The picture shows the letter and checkbook in front of the bank. I video taped the 19 minute exchange. I then made a deal that I followed because I finally had money and was open so their was no need for any legal action but they continued and raised my interest rate and I ended up getting charged double for insurance because my insurance was already covering the building. I ended up having to close a restaurant that I paid 3 million dollars of my own money because they continued down this path. I have a trial starting with their lawyers firm starting August 3rd on another matter and I believe this contributed to the money grab.
