This bank is Slimy. I have banked here since September 2001 when I bought a restaurant in Salamanca over those 20 years I watched a bank become absolute scum. I had a Commercial mortgage that they could have called at anytime without involving lawyers. I have people interested in buying the collateral and if I had to I could have had an awkward conversation with my ex wife or brother to help me pay back the loan. They said I had a year. I do what they ask. Don’t get me wrong, I had sold a membership for $200000 that they knew about on July 15th and got a large tax return on August 30th after waiting 9 months for it. The banks lawyers went to court and got a default ruling and seized my accounts anyway. They are building up billable work over20k before I even get a lawyer. I don’t want to do business with them anyway. They got their default judgment on September 8th with me thinking that we had a deal to push it out a year. Then I get another letter from the court four days later from an attorney from the same firm who I sued a few years ago for putting my sons pictures all over the internet and television to publicize a case against a gag order. By our contract they could have just called the loan and communicated better. I don’t think it is a coincidence that Eight days after I received $620,000 they did this move. They have all the information in my file. They have the audacity to spend more legal fees trying to keep bank accounts that They know are exempt from seizure. I am reporting them to the bar association, fdic, bbb and the SBA because they gave my Direct competitors a PPP loan that he used to just pay himself and he put his wife on the books at a substantial wage and closed his restaurant. Needless to say my competitors wife’s sister was a branch manager at a different CCB bank. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Beware getting a loan here
