      They have handled our loan terribly. The loan officer never seems to be at work to answer any questions and it takes them days to respond and get back to us. They didn't have the paperwork correct when we went to close and still missed more papers that were supposed to be signed. They have blamed everything on COVID but it really seems like they just aren't doing their job!
