      I am a commercial Realtor and recently had the pleasure of working with David Newton on the closing of a business sale with real estate. Our team represented the seller, who did not have an agent and therefore we communicated many times directly with David. This was a somewhat complicated deal that involved an SBA loan, seller note, and a seller escrow due to a prior PPP loan.
