      This bank has lost paperwork or filled it out incorrectly multiple times. They don't really care, you can either come back and fix what they did wrong or not access things. I was with Bank Liberty for over 20 years, it was wonderful until Central bought them out. The branch manager is never there. When asked to speak to someone above the branch manager, no one is sure who that is and transfer's you to another branch.
