  I would strongly recommend Alex to be anyone's lender. I am a first time home buyer and so i was very nervous about all this. I had no clue how to do things but she has been very patient & thorough in explaining everything to me.She is someone you can trust, someone who cares about her client and someone who is honest at her job. She makes me feel comfortable going through all the processes.I am very lucky to have chosen her. She is very easy to contact and is very open with her communications with me. She shows me the pros and cons on times where i have to make a tough decisions. If i were to buy a home again in the future, i would still choose Alex as my lender. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

  They promised to match the offer and denied later raising trust worthiness question about competitive lender. This is so unprofessional and not at all trustworthy. 5/2 - This was applied at Online Central, A division of The Central Trust Bank

  Hi Arun! I've reviewed my records and confirmed that you have not applied for a mortgage loan with me at Central Bank in the past 3 years. Perhaps you are thinking of another loan officer? Either way, I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience when it came to matching an interest rate offer from a competing lender. An offer to try and match a rate from another lender is never a guarantee to lend so there must have been a misunderstanding regarding a "promise" to match rate that has left you feeling bad enough to leave a 1 star review.
