      THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE, "TO HELP PEOPLE" ! IT WAS NOT BUSY ON A SATURDAY & IT SEEMS LIKE NO ONE WANTED TO HELP THIS GENTLEMEN, WHO HAD HIS PAPERWORK READY. INSTEAD, WAS TOLD TO COME BACK, WHEN HE EVEN TOLD THEM HE DID CALL AND ASK IF SOMEONE CAN HELP HIM ON A SATURDAY. BECAUSE HE WORKS MONDAYS THRU FRIDAYS, AND THE PERSON HE SPOKE WITH, SAID YES. I THINK THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND IT SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE THE AIR.
