  Kamalani was very knowledgeable and helpful with our moving in process! She went out of her way to make sure it was an easy process for me and my husband. She was honest about all of the ups and downs about staying at Royal Kunia. We appreciate her dedication in making this place a home, by showing us around and being so kind! We love our apartment so far and have no complaints!

  We just PCSed to Hawaii and Marcia Hall and Kamalani were such a huge help with getting our apartment and lease signed in time before our hotel stay was up. The original apartment we wanted to apply for got taken so quick but Marcia showed us what was available and helped us choose the apartment we actually wanted. The process was very quick and easy and our apartment was very clean upon move in. Would definitely recommend!

  BIG shout out to Marcia Hall for everything she did to go above and beyond helping us move into our new home. The process was complicated but she stuck by us every step of the way. For the executives reading this, you are LUCKY to have her on your team! The administrative staff and facilities management are INCREDIBLE and respond IMMEDIATELY to help us. We have issues with broken ceiling fans, malfunctioning dryer, pest removal, and glitches in the rental payment portal. They fixed them ALL right away and were nothing but kind and polite and professional the whole time. To anyone complaining about living here, remember KINDNESS goes a long way. One last thing about the bugs: NEVER put food on the counter unsealed. NEVER leave dirty dishes lying around, or drains unplugged. Get Adams Bug spray and carpet powder. Non toxic for humans / pets and kills everything, including roaches, instantly and lasts up to two weeks. Spray it on your carpet, linens, sheets, and countertops. And for goodness sake, cut these people some slack, their job is NOT easy catering to our every needs. If you want anything better, then go drop 2 million dollars to live in a 400 square foot condo in Waikiki with drunk tourists puking and shouting outside your door 24/7. Thank you Marcia and Stacie and Veronica and Kevin!
