      Worst branch ever. I don't know why they even opened this branch in the first place. Yes, I understand the pandemic is dragging on, but half the time I go there, they are either closed or requiring an appointment - something that's not listed on their website. Today, I went in to make a withdrawal from my passbook account, and the doors were locked with a sign saying that drive ATM was the only service available which is useless for passbook accounts. There was a number to call, and when I did, I was told they were closed for over an hour for lunch and to call back then later to make an appointment. An appointment to make a simple withdrawal from a savings account? Again??? There is no drive up window, so there was no way for me to get access to my money. They should just close the branch because, clearly, customers are just an inconvenience to them.
