  As an out of state buyer I had a good experience with the communication I had with Vlad. Working with my banker to understand what my needs were and how to get me in California for a purchase. In the end the deal didn't work out but that wasn't the dealerships fault and if I saw another vehicle in the future I was curious about I would have no issues reaching out to this place to talk. Appreciate the time you put into our conversations.

  I bought a very nice looking used Venza from Century last winter. Never used the A/C, but it worked when I bought the car. Now, its Spring and I need the A/C and its dead....out of refrigerant. The Evaporator is faulty and leaked it all out. Repair cost is close to $3000- the entire dashboard must be dismantled and removed! Not necessarily saying that they deliberately sold me a known-faulty car with a quick refrigerant recharge to move it off their lot, but man, $3000. Fearing it would never be the same after such major surgery, I traded it in for a new Toyota and lost nearly $10,000 for just 6 months and 2500 miles of use . How would YOU feel?

  My wife and I bought a Lexus RX450h from Scott a year ago. Scott was very responsive and accommodating during the process, Covid and all. We did a pre-purchase inspection via Tommy at the Toyota Service center in the city for $190. Toyota inspection went well, we bought the car. Car has been great, not sure how Scott found a car with such few miles in such good condition.. Very happy we got it. The financing rates Century Auto offered through Capital One were good (4.25%) , but SF credit unions are better (3.8% -1% for hybrid discount= 2.8%). We financed through SF credit union. Century Auto had filed the paperwork prematurely to finance through Capital One (there is supposed to be several day holding period), but we could unwind that pretty easily and refinance through SF credit union. FYI When we bought our car, Century Auto was required to carry theft insurance for the cars on their lot. When you buy a car from Century Auto, they charge you $200 to transfer the theft insurance to your name.. We didn't want or need this insurance so this amounted to an upcharge on the car purchase. That said, they let me use their business account to get all weather mats from Lexus at a discount. All in all, very happy with Scott and Century Auto! Would definitely buy from them again.
