  I called the Lucky Store where this bank is located in the store and they told me as of November 5,2020,this branch is still temporarily closed,but Google Maps stated on November 2,2020 that this branch reopened.Was this an error by Google Maps? This branch is now open after a 10 month closure.

  It's too bad don't use it try to use my debit card today but it's doesn't work I call the 24 hours service but it's not 24 hours actually told me the bank it's close after that I try the International number it's work I give the supervisor all the security he want but he told me the office in the bank close you can't get cash or use your card now you need to wait to the morning I was in the highway I need to but gas and I need to get my medication from the pharmacy but I don't get nothing because I can't use my debit card and I have enough money to use I wanna close my account tomorrow in the morning no more Wells Fargo it's a bad bank and bad service

  I've been banking with Wells Fargo since I was 15 and is now currently 18 years old. The line have always been so long which is a huge minus but overall, the customer service has been great for me. As soon as I turned 18, I opened my own bank account (instead of the minor account) and spoke to Krizhna Soriano. She is an excellent employee of Wells Fargo in Daly City; Provided detailed information on things I needed to know and was very patient and kind. She even sent me a holiday card in December and to me it showed that she really cared about her customers.
