      The customer service in this branch is friendly and helpful. I have deposit fund problem and tried to deal with it but I couldn't got help from Fremont branch. When you don't have problem to deal with may not know which branch is helpful. I like to come to Daly City branch all the time, they are polite and put customer service first.

      My friend and I needed quarters for laundry, we wanted to make it easy so we went to the counter together and they told us we can only do $10 each for quarter change. Most banks let you do $20 each person. What is your actual SOP on this? You guys are unfair to your clients. Been changing quarters for months now while there is a quarter shortage and minimum is $20 per person. What can you laundry in a $10 quarters. You wanted us to go to another Chase just to get another set. Very dissapointed. Unreasonable teller.

      This branch used to be the only branch I visited. Then they fired all their tellers and put ATMs inside and it completely ruined the branch.
