Matt Evans from Certified Reverse Mortgage is someone who I feel I have come to know going through this process, as a person and friend who I respect and trust. Matt is consistently professional, knowledgeable, very kind, and patient with people. Another attribute of his is, if he doesn't have the answer he gets it asap and always returns phone calls with the same speed, he explains things until you completely understand everything, he allows you to ask any many questions as it takes, and no question is a stupid one. The figures and process starts out looking like mud but ends up being crystal clear because he gives you his full attention and time.
