      If we could give 10 stars to Stephanie Kates at Commerce, we would. Stephanie was actually the THIRD loan officer with whom we worked. The first came highly recommended from a busy WeHo realtor, and her rates were okay. The second, a duo, came highly recommended from another busy WeHo realtor, and their numbers were better — but they made a fatal error when we were in escrow. Our realtor knew we needed someone who could save the deal and quickly, so she referred us to Stephanie, who worked late into the night to beat them all. She was thorough, fast, and more than competitive with her rates. We couldn't have gotten into our new home without her. Cannot recommend Stephanie enough.
