      A simple funds transfer led to a perpetual cycle of transfers from department to department only to be hung up on numerous times. Not certain any work is actually being conducted here. Highly unprofessional and wholeheartedly recommend branch to be shut down. Clients needs are not met and not sure how they are still in business with these practices.

      The El Paso Office is always vacant and the rep is hard to reach. That's not good when dealing with money. Especially when companies are selling off your stock without your permission. This may be too small of an office. I need a call back soon. Thanks, Willie C,
