      May 2021 the entrance has sign saying UC Berkeley Extension, all the blinds are closed so it looks closed.. Then when you find that Schwab is off the sidewalk there is a person inside who doesn't introduce herself, is standing away from the desk waiting, she is cold to the point of rudeness, she asks how she can help then says she can't because she is with a client. Her name is June. Awful experience with the staff. In addition Ivan had called me this same day because I was a new account. I told him I was coming in to drop off an IRA transfer form so could I meet with him but he said just drop off the form at the front desk. No customer service.

      This particular bank seems to be unavailable and dripping with racial profiling. I went in and wanted to open a savings account and these people looked me up and down and looked over my application over and over. COME TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER GAVE MY APPLICATION OVER to the people that need to assess it and approve it. I’ve called the bank 14times and they never pick up. Just makes me feel like they do a bad hiring job. The bank itself is wonderful. The customer service at this place is awful.
