      The representative I spoke to at this branch did not seem interested in helping with a pretty simple ask in any way. I was surprised given customer service I’ve had with Charles Schwab in the past.

      Needed help with what should have been a relatively easy task, but which Schwab representatives online and over the phone have been unable to help me with. I made the trouble to go to this branch in person to get help with the task - the individual at the front desk did not listen to my concerns, quite literally provided me with the exact same number that's on the back of my ATM card and advised I call there. Would say it's an issue with this bank but honestly it seems a Schwab-wide issue, would advise anyone reading this bank and do brokerage with literally any other comparable company over using these guys. Customer service gets negative points, organization-wide.
