      This place has awful customer service. Went there to discuss my account and drop off something and hung around for half an hour and was told to move off to a waiting room. They don't value your time at all. After that went over to Fidelity Investor Center down the road and got taken care of right away, and overall had a much better experience. Avoid.

      I am very frustrated that this branch has been closed for over 6 months with no access. Other banks have a drive thru option which allowed them to be open this whole time. Many banks have allowed people to walk into their bank for two or three months by now. This place mine as well close.
