Wonderful bank with small town customer service and big bank technology backbone: I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I have come to expect and appreciate the excellent personal customer experience, where from the teller to the VP everyone knows me by name. What is a welcome surprise though is that they also provide an excellent online experience. I am doing financial transactions with multiple other services for my 401k and mortgages with other much bigger institutions and must say the Charter Bank online system is equally (if not better) easy to use, reliable, and comprehensive. So kudos to Charter Bank.
