      Slow, unprofessional, and stuck in 1990s way of doing business. Took more than 2 weeks to get a preliminary CD; multiple emails, phone calls, and text messages were sent. Balancing the CD took more than 2 days and I had to enter the data into the lender portal for Charter. Documents were released to the escrow officer at 1PM and at 2PM a mistake on 1 document was found. Documents for closing were released by the office at 6AM for a 845AM closing.

      End user BEWARE! We legally pulled out of contract after receiving inspection report & seller not responding to issues. It took us 18 months & hiring an attorney to get our earnest money back! Loan officer immediately released earnest money once she received contact from attorney. She knew she was in the wrong, just being spiteful!
