      Today, I just closed on my first personal home purchase with Riverway Title. As far as punctuality and handling the transaction they were great. However, from a customer interaction standpoint, the level of engagement was not up to par. Hence, we had to ask the receptionist to take our closing picture. Who by the way had the biggest smile on her face of all the staff in the office. Thanks Cici!

      Did a transaction with Riverway and Damian was our escrow officer. During the transaction his assistant Amanda was very professional and kind the entire time. When it came closer to closing Damian came in the picture and furnished the closing disclosure. There was a rush fee buyer did not approve of but was still charged for. Title was responsible due to their lack of communication and did not make things right with the buyer who was not happy. This forced buyer to pay for title's mistake..
