  I had a courtesy clothes for one of my investors who was selling a property. I love the place. And Kristen from the Katy office was outstanding. It was quick, efficient, I'm very professionally done left no questions unanswered

  Instead of talking to me like a professional business they wanted me to email everything. They held my money for a month for no reason because they didn't want to talk to me on the phone first day I asked for the supervisor was the day the money got transferred this is the biggest scam I've ever seen. That was on house one now we're on house too 3 weeks they've had my money 3 weeks they were not send it's all right I'm on the way down there this morning we're going to figure this out together and if she doesn't handle the business right this morning I'm going to blast her all over social media this is not a professional company

  If I could get them a zero or minus Star I definitely would! I called to get more information about the name of their Closing Officers and their years of experience to pick one and to add him/her name on my Listing Offering Instructions on HAR! The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude hung up the phone on me telling me that it was NOT a right request based on their Title Company policy to give away each closer years of experience! I am still in shocked by the way I was treated!!!! Extremely Unprofessional!
