      My experience with Chase Auto finance has been absolutely horrible. I paid off my vehicle 6 weeks ago and I still don't have my title. I went to a local branch and gave them the odometer reading statement that was requested. The person took the form and had no issues with anything that it was on it, but once it got to Chase they said that the VIN number looked like it had been erased and so it was not accepted. If there was a problem with that form the person at the local branch should have mentioned it. I sent in another odometer statement, and that one was not accepted, even though there was nothing wrong with it at all. So I sent in yet a third statement and called to see if it had been accepted - the person I spoke to said that it was accepted, that they were going to put a rush on it and that I should have my title soon. I called a week later and was told that the statement had not been accepted until nearly a week after I was told it had been. And that it is still going to take 7 to 10 business days for me to receive the title. Again, they have had my money for 6 weeks, and I still don't have a title.

      Absolute nightmare. I switched bank accounts for my auto pay, and they had a glitch in their website where they were not letting my new bank account to be debited. I called about 20 times over 4 months to get the issue fixed. I was at the point where I wanted to start billing them for my administrative hours. I finally got it to accept payment with my new account, only to find that they billed my old account with insufficient funds. They then reported me as a late payment when I have 4 months left on my 4-year loan. Dropped my credit rating from 800 to 675 overnight. I was about to finance a new car for my business and now I have to wait until I can get this issue resolved. If anybody knows a good attorney send me a message through Google.
